CLASS CURRICULUM

The Kaizen Karate kata curriculum is available here! Our kata curriculum is a Shotokan "blend," based primarily on traditional Shotokan katas, such as the Tiakyoku and Pinan (or Heian) katas.

Kids Class students ages 5-12 learn the first kata at Orange Belt Level while adult class students learn the first three katas at White Belt to advance to Yellow Belt.
