We have had nothing short of an amazing experience at Kaizen Karate & Self-Defense! My daughter looks forward to class every week. She has a blast learning and acquiring these new skills, which have boosted her confidence to another level.
Not only do the kids learn the fundamentals, but discipline, respect, and responsibility are always reiterated (and required) during class. The fact that they include teaching self-defense tactics to these kiddos regularly is the icing on the cake. 100% recommend!!
