Kickboxing & Fitness Classes


Kickboxing, Women's Self-Defense and Fitness All in One Class

Our kickboxing classes are open to teenagers and adults! You'll get a fantastic workout while working boxing and kicking combinations on the bags. You'll do partner work with mitts, which is a blast. And you'll learn self-defense skills in every class. Our kickboxing classes are a great way to work out and learn to protect yourself!

Kickboxing class students attend class twice per week. We also have an unlimited classes option, and a punch card option for those who don't have a consistent schedule.

Our current class schedule is:

Monday nights 7:15 - 8 p.m.

Tuesday mornings 11 - 11:45 a.m.

Wednesday nights 7:15 - 8 p.m.

Thursday mornings 11 - 11:45 a.m.
