Kickboxing, Women's Self-Defense and Fitness All in One Class
Our kickboxing classes are open to teenagers and adults! You'll get a fantastic workout while working boxing and kicking combinations on the bags. You'll do partner work with mitts, which is a blast. And you'll learn self-defense skills in every class. Our kickboxing classes are a great way to work out and learn to protect yourself!
Kickboxing class students may attend class once twice per week, on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 11 - 11:45 a.m.
