Kaizen Karate & Self-Defense is partnering with Women Optiminizing Women NoCo for this Keeping Kids Safe in the Digital Age with Self-Defense Training class!

This class will be held on Sunday, March 20, from 12:30 - 2:30 p.m., and is open to adults and kids 12+.

Class is $35 per person, includes a self-defense keychain (kubaton) and a portion of your registriation will be donated to Women Optimizing Women NoCo!
